What is our Shipping Policy?
We work hard to process your order(s) as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 72 business hours for your order to be processed and shipping information to be provided. Please keep in mind that business hours do not include weekends and holidays.
The following shipping options are as follows:
USPS Ground Advantage (5-7 business days)
USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days)
USPS Priority Mail Express (1-2 business days)
**Please note if your parcel becomes lost in transit, Concentrate CBD will replace your order up to the $100 covered amount provided by USPS.
IMPORTANT: Please be advised that all suggested delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed by Concentrate Group. Shipping charges are non-refundable for USPS Ground Advantage and Priority Mail parcels. The only services guaranteed is Priority Mail Express. If your Priority Mail Express parcel arrives later than the expected date of arrival as stated on USPS.com, the cost of the Priority Mail Express label can be refunded upon request. Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays and that there are no weekend or holiday delivery for any shipping methods. We do not accept responsibility for items lost, stolen or delayed during transportation or delivery of your parcel. If this occurs to you, we recommend you address this with your local post office. All shipping rates are generated automatically by USPS and vary from location to location. You will be able to review the shipping rates before you complete your payment.
