Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing our products at Concentrate Group. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns for a refund within 7 days of delivery. Please be aware that all returns are subject to a 25% restocking and handling fee.

Due to the consumable nature of our CBD/THCA products, once they have been opened, they cannot be returned. Therefore, any items that have been opened or used cannot be refunded. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email. Include your order number and the reason for the return in your message.

Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return. Once we receive the item(s) in their original, unopened condition, we will process your refund minus the restocking and handling fee. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed.

Upon initiation of the refund, it generally takes about 3-5 business days to credit the full amount back to the original payment method. However, depending on your banking institution, it may take up to 10 business days for the request to be processed.

Terms for Returning Your Concentrate Group Purchase:

– Purchases made on concentratecbd.com can be returned via mail.

– All returns must be sent directly to Concentrate Group.

– Items must be unused and in their original packaging with all original tags attached.
